Earn credits, live better through wellness programs

The Board of Pensions offers several Wellness Programs to its members. The purpose of the programs is to promote healthy living and increased activity. The programs have rewards including the ability to earn gift cards and a wellness credit that is applied to your premium.

Participants and Spouses can earn a discount of $500 per person off of their health insurance premium annually by earning 20,000 points in Daily Challenge and/or Walkadoo. The deadline for earning 20, 000 points is November 30. Read more »

 

Is The Organic label worth paying for? 

I buy organic food as often as possible, but I sometimes have “sticker shock” when I see how much more expensive some organic foods cost compared with conventionally grown meat and produce. Is it really worth the price? Read more »
